1. Service Description & AI Limitations
Juli provides AI-powered content strategy tools. You understand that:
- AI results are probabilistic and may not be entirely accurate. You should independently verify AI suggestions before making business or production decisions.
- Service Availability: We do not guarantee that the service will always be available and uninterrupted. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may occasionally cause downtime.
2. Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
- Content Rights: You may only save and analyze URLs that you own or that are legally public content.
- Prohibited Conduct:
- Do not violate the copyright or intellectual property of third parties.
- Do not engage in harmful system behaviors: reverse engineering, malicious scraping, or API spamming.
- Do not use Juli for any illegal activities.
3. Intellectual Property
- Inputs & Results: You retain full ownership of the input URLs and the output results (scripts, insights) for commercial purposes.
- Platform: All designs, source code, and the Juli brand belong to the platform owner.
4. Subscription, Payment, and Termination
- Payments are managed by Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record) under Free/Pro/Team plans.
- Secure Processing: All transactions are processed via secure, encrypted channels. We do not store your credit card information.
- Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to change service fees with at least 30 days' notice.
- Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for accounts that violate these terms or engage in system abuse.
5. Limitation of Liability
- Juli provides service on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee that using the service will result in viral success or financial gain.
- Limitation of Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Juli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption).
6. Governing Law (Jurisdiction)
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved according to the laws of Vietnam.
