We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal data. This policy explains in detail how we collect, use, and share your information.

A. Information We Collect

  1. Personal Information: When you register via third-party authentication providers (**OAuth authentication providers**), we collect: your name, email address, and profile picture.
  2. User Content (Platform Data):
    • URLs from platforms: TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook.
    • Video Metadata: Titles, thumbnail images, and transcripts.
    • Creative DNA Data: Manual tags provided by you (Hook, Format, Emotion).
  3. AI Analysis Data: Strategic analysis results, script ideas, "Creative DNA" reports, and your content generation history.
  4. Payment Data: All financial transactions are processed through Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record). We do not store or have access to your credit card information.
  5. Cookies & Analytics: We use tools (such as Google Analytics, PostHog, or system logs) to collect data on how you interact with Juli to improve our product.

B. Use of Information & AI Training Commitment

  • Service Provision: Calculating strategy, identifying patterns, and generating scripts.
  • AI Training Commitment (IMPORTANT): We commit to NOT using your content, tags, or private data to train public AI models. Your data is only used to generate results specific to your workspace.

C. Third-Party Data Sharing

We only share the minimum data necessary to operate:

  • OpenAI: Metadata and DNA tags are sent via API OpenAI (GPT-4o-mini). This data complies with enterprise API privacy policies.
  • Supabase: Infrastructure for database and file storage.
  • Lemon Squeezy: Handles all payment and subscription procedures as our Merchant of Record.
  • Social Media Platforms: We interact with the APIs/URLs of TikTok, YouTube... to fetch public metadata at your request.

D. Data Retention & Deletion

  • We store your data for as long as your account is active.
  • If you delete your workspace or account, all associated data will be permanently deleted from our primary systems within 30 days.

E. GDPR Rights & Children's Policy

  • EEA Users (Europe): You have the right to access, request correction, or complete deletion of your personal data under GDPR regulations.
  • Children's Policy: Juli is not intended for users under the age of 13.
